3.1\nAPPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF NEW COMMUNICATION RADIOS FOR SKY\nKNIGHT HELICOPTERS - It is recommended City Council 1) direct the Director of\nFinance & Administrative Services to appropriate $169,000 of available State COPS\nmonies in the approved FY 2025-26 budget; and 2) approve the purchase and installation\nof Technisonic TDFM-9000 radios and related equipment from Hangar One Avionics of\nCarlsbad in the amount of $226,495, and authorize the City Manager to sign all necessary\ndocuments.
