6.\nApproval of Resolution Approving and Adopting the FY 2026-2027 One Year Action\nPlan, Acceptance of Annual Allocations (CDBG and HOME) and Minor Adjustments\nand Amendments\nThat the City Council:\nReceives and approves the final funding recommendations for the FY\n2026–2027 One Year Action Plan; and\n1.\nAdopts the next Resolution, in order:\n2.\nApproving and adopting the FY 2026–2027 One Year Action Plan;\na.\nAuthorizing the City Manager or designee to submit the final version of\nthe plan to HUD, with such changes and adjustments necessary for HUD\napproval;\nb.\nAuthorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all documents and\nagreements necessary to finalize the plan, projects and programs as\ndetailed in this report;\nc.\nAccepting, appropriating, and expending the FY 2026–2027 allocations\nfrom HUD for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME\nInvestment Partnership (HOME) programs, as well as carryover of prior\nyear funds, detailed in this report and in Attachments 1 and 2;\nd.\nModifying the current year appropriations as detailed in the report; and\ne.\nAllocating, appropriating, and expending $22,865 in CDBG Program\nIncome for administrative costs (C1116) and 2026-2027 ADA/Concrete\nImprovement Program (CXXXX/273974ESCP) and $199,194.68 in\nHOME Program Income for administrative costs (H1120) and Wakeland\nHousing Acquisition/Rehab Affordable Housing Project (HXXXX) in Fiscal\nYear 2025-2026, as detailed in this report.\nf.
