6.6\nACCEPT THE FINAL MAP FOR PARCEL MAP NO 20702\nApplicant: Hwy 18 Rancherias, LLC\nAdopt Resolution No. 2026-09 (A Resolution of the Town\nCouncil of the Town of Apple Valley initiating proceedings for an\nannexation of territory into the Apple Valley Landscaping and\nLighting Assessment District No. 1, L-30).\nA.\nReceive and approve the Engineer's Report as filed or as\namended (Note: The Engineer’s report has already been filed\nand is made a part of this agenda item for the Council’s review\nand approval).\nB.\nReceive and approve the Landowner’s consent.\nC.\nAdopt Resolution No. 2026-10 (A Resolution of the Town\nCouncil of the Town of Apple Valley declaring its intention to\nannex territory into the Apple Valley Lighting and Landscaping\nAssessment District No. 1, L-30 ordering improvements, and\ndeclaring the right to levy and collect assessments pursuant to\nthe Lighting and Landscaping Act of 1972).\nD.\nMove to approve the final map, securities and agreements for\nTract Map No. 20702 subject to approval as to form by the Town\nAttorney and as to content by the Town Manager, accept the\n“Agreement for Construction of Improvements” and the bonds\nsubject to approval by the Town Attorney and accept the cash\ndeposit for survey monumentation.\nE.\nApprove the attached “Agreement Regarding Property Exchange\nfor Portions of APN 3112-171-17 and Outer Highway 18 South.”\nF.
