Approve the Final FY 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan;\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute the documents required for submission of\nCDBG and HOME funding approval to the United States Department of Housing\nand Urban Development (HUD) for review and approval; and\nC. Authorize staff to make necessary revisions to the Annual Action Plan as required\nby HUD.
