5.3 Update from the Blakey Park Ad Hoc Committee and Approval of Professional\nServices Agreement with Moore, Iacofano, Goltsman, Inc. to conduct a Feasibility\nStudy for a New Building at Blakey Park, 8612 Westminster Boulevard.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Receive and file an update from the Ad Hoc Committee;\nB. Consider the approval of the professional services agreement with Moore,\nIacofano, Goltsman, Inc. (MIG) to conduct a feasibility study for a new building\nlocated at Blakey Park in an amount not to exceed $38,913.00;\nC. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement on the City’s\nbehalf; and\nD. If approved, allocate additional budget funding to account number 53000-43090\n(Park Maintenance Contractual) for Fiscal Year 2026-27.
