Introduce an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND SECTION\n10.64.020 OF TITLE 10 (VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC) OF THE WESTMINSTER\nMUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING SPEED LIMITS WITHIN THE CITY,” read by title\nonly and waive further reading.
