10.\nPUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 3502.3 CONCERNING VACANCIES\nAND RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION EFFORTS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Conduct a public hearing and receive and file the report on the status of vacancies and recruitment and\nretention efforts in accordance with Government Code section 3502.3; and\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
