AMENDMENTS TO FIREWORKS ORDINANCE\nRequest the City Council adopt Ordinance No. 2026-06, amending Escondido Municipal Code Chapter\n17, Article 4, Division 2 (“Fireworks Ordinance”) to regulate fireworks.
