1. FISCAL YEARS 2026-27 & 2027-28 TWO-YEAR OPERATING BUDGET,\nCAPITAL WORK PLAN, AND STUDY SESSION ON THE PRELIMINARY\nBUDGET [J. ROCCO, O. JONES, M. LINDLEY]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will receive the City of West Hollywood 2026-27 &\n2027-28 Operating Budget and Capital Work Plan and conduct a Study Session.\nThe City Council will receive a presentation about the Two-Year Budget and\nhave the opportunity to discuss it. The item will return at the June 15, 2026 City\nCouncil meeting for formal adoption.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Receive the City of West Hollywood 2026-27 & 2027-\n28 Operating Budget and Capital Work Plan; 2) Receive presentations from City\ndepartments on their proposed budgets; and 3) Provide direction on any\nproposed adjustments to consider prior to formal approval on June 15, 2026.\nSTRUCTURE OF THE STUDY SESSION:\n1) Overview of the City’s proposed two-year operating budget by City staff\n2) Presentations by City departments on their proposed two-year budget\n3) Discussion with the City Council and City staff regarding the City’s 2026-27 &\n2027-28 Operating Budget and Capital Work Plan\n4) Public Comment\n5) City Council Comments and Direction
