Appropriate $3,620 from the General Plan Update Fund 103 to cover the cost to\nprepare a response to comments regarding the adequacy of the Final\nSupplemental Environmental Impact Report; and\nB. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to sign, the Third Amendment to the\nConsultant Services Agreement with Torti Gallas + Partners to cover unanticipated\nexpenses pertaining to the adoption of the Town Center Specific Plan.
