4.\nConsider appointing members to fill vacancies on the City’s Advisory\nCommittees and the Planning Commission. (Takaoka) (30 mins)\nRecommendation: 1) By majority vote of the entire City Council, appoint with\nterms of office ending in June 2030: A. Three members to the Planning\nCommission (PC); B. Three members to the Civic Center Advisory Committee\n(CCAC); C. Five members to the Emergency Preparedness Committee (EPC);\nD. Three members to the Finance Advisory Committee (FAC); E. Two\nmembers to the Traffic Safety Committee (TSC); and, F. Four members to the\nInfrastructure Management Advisory Committee (IMAC); and, 2) By majority\nvote of the entire City Council appoint one member to the Infrastructure\nManagement Advisory Committee (IMAC) to fill an unexpired vacancy with a\nterm of office ending in June 2028.\nStaff Report
