(Peña)\n(15 mins)\nRecommendation: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 2026-__, A RESOLUTION OF\nTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES\nCONFIRMING THE REPORT OF NUISANCE ABATEMENT COSTS AND\nAUTHORIZING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT, IN THE FORM OF A LIEN IN THE\nAMOUNT OF $22,249.65, TO RECOVER ABATEMENT COSTS ON THE\nPROPERTY LOCATED AT 2064 GALERITA DRIVE (APN 7550-004-025)\n(CASE NO.
