H. APPROVAL OF CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH FAMILY\nPROMISE OF SAN GABRIEL VALLEY TO ADMINISTER THE CITY’S\nPERMANENT LOCAL HOUSING ALLOCATION PROGRAMS TO ASSIST\nFAMILIES EXPERIENCING OR AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS FOR FISCAL\nYEAR 2026-27\nThe City Council is requested to consider and approve agreements for\nadministration of the City's Permanent Local Housing Allocation Programs to assist\nfamilies experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a Consultant Services Agreement with Family Promise of San Gabriel\nValley (“Family Promise”) for case management of a program assisting Temple\nCity families for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the previously mentioned Consultant\nServices Agreement in an amount not to exceed $36,116;\n3. Approve a Consultant Services Agreement with Family Promise to assist\nTemple City families with rental and move-in assistance for FY 2026-27; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute the previously mentioned Consultant\nServices Agreement in an amount not to exceed $91,500.\nAttachment:\nStaff Report
