c) CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION 23-29, INITIATING PROCEEDINGS FOR THE\nLEVY AND COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS AND ORDERING THE PREPARATION\nOF THE REPORT FOR THE DOWNTOWN LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING\nMAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT\nIt is recommended that the City Council authorize NBS to prepare and file with the City\nClerk, the Engineer’s Report concerning the levy and collection of assessments within\nthe Downtown Landscaping Lighting Maintenance Assessment District for the Fiscal Year\ncommencing July 1, 2023, and ending June 30, 2024.
