FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH WEST COAST ARBORIST, INC.\nFOR TREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES\nThe City Council is requested to approve a first amendment to the agreement with\nWest Coast Arborist, Inc. (WCA) for tree maintenance services.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve the First Amendment to the agreement with West Coast Arborist to\nextend the contract an additional three years and increase rates 2.9% with a\nterm end date of June 30, 2029; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to the agreement\nwith West Coast Arborist, Inc. (WCA) for tree maintenance services.\nAttachment:\nStaff Report
