32.\nCONSIDER AN AWARD OF A PUBLIC WORKS AGREEMENT TO CROSSTOWN ELECTRICAL AND DATA, INC.\nFOR PROJECT NO. 1784: TRAFFIC SIGNAL MODIFICATION (CENTRAL AVENUE & UNIVERSITY DRIVE) (CITY\nCOUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. AWARD a Public Works Agreement for Project No. 1784: Traffic Signal Modification (Central Avenue &\nUniversity Drive) in the amount of $667,241.00 to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Crosstown\nElectrical & Data, Inc. (Exhibit No. 3); and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute a Public Works Agreement following approval as to form by the City\nAttorney; and,\n— 3. AUTHORIZE a 10% construction contingency of $66,724.10 to address any unforeseen construction\nconditions that may arise.
