23.\nCONSIDER APPROVAL OF A 5-YEAR CONTRACT WITH FRESHWORKS INC., FOR AN IT SERVICE\nMANAGEMENT (ITSM) SOFTWARE TO SUPPORT IT INCIDENT MANAGEMENT, SERVICE REQUESTS, AND\nWORKFLOW MANAGEMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE a contract with FreshWorks Inc., for an IT Service Management software to support IT Incident\nManagement, Service Requests, and Workflow Management, for a total contract amount not to exceed\n$133,652 for a term of 5 years; and\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
