29.\nCONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GRAFFITI\nPROTECTIVE COATINGS, INC TO PROVIDE GRAFFITI ABATEMENT SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC WORKS\nDEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services Agreement with Graffiti Protective Coatings, Inc. for\ncontinued citywide graffiti abatement services, increasing the contract amount by $129,600 for a new total not-\nto-exceed contract amount of $388,800 and extending the agreement term by one additional year; and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with Graffiti Protective Coatings,\nInc. following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
