30.\nCONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ADL\nPLANNING, INC. FOR PROJECT NO. 1726: COMMUNITY CENTER COURTYARD AND EAST PARKING LOT\nIMPROVEMENTS (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with ADL Planning, Inc. in the\namount of $10,017.50 for additional design coordination and construction support services associated with\nProject No. 1726: Community Center Courtyard and East Parking Lot Improvements, and extend the agreement\nterm by an additional 370 calendar days through November 1, 2026; and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with ADL\nPlanning, Inc. following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
