Receive a staff report for consideration and provide direction on a proposed Street\nImprovement Program;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8002 approving the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027 project list\nand expenditure plan for the Senate Bill 1 (SB 1) Road Repair and Accountability\nAct of 2017 (SB 1) to be funded through the State’s Road Maintenance and\nRehabilitation Account (RMRA); and\nc. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to sign the application and all related\nprogram documents.\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 8003 approving the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027 Engineer’s\nReport declaring the City of South Pasadena’s intention to provide for an annual\nlevy and collection of assessments; and\nb.
