A Consideration and possible action to receive and file Warrant Register No. 26-112, dated May 26, 2026.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Receive and file Warrant Register\nNo. 26-112; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.\nCity of Bellflower and Anaya Natural Foods\nLLC and to transfer the necessary funds from the Unassigned General Fund\nReserve to the Property Acquisition Reserve for the purchase of real\nproperty located at 16710-16712 Bellflower Boulevard (APN 7109-013-002 & APN 7109 013-074).\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Open the public hearing; take documentary\nand testimonial evidence; and after considering the evidence, adopt Resolution\nNo. 26-17 authorizing the City Manager to execute Purchase and Sale Agreement\nFile No. 1140, in a form approved by the City Attorney, and to transfer the\nnecessary funds from the Unassigned General Fund Reserve to the Property\nAcquisition Reserve; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.\n13 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS FOR CONSIDERATION None 14 CONSIDERATION ITEMS None 15 CONSENT CALENDAR\nAll items under the Consent Calendar are considered by the City Council to be\nroutine and will be enacted by one motion.
