9. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 22-2114 with ABM Building Solutions,\nLLC. for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Maintenance Services.\n(500) Recommendation :\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 22-2114 with ABM Building\nSolutions, LLC (ABM), to provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning\n(HVAC) maintenance services for various City-owned facilities and to\nexercise the second of two (2) one-year optional extensions for HVAC\nmaintenance and repair services for an annual amount of $115,600;\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to process change orders for\nas-needed emergency repairs for a not-to-exceed amount of $20,000 in fiscal year (FY) 2026-27; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No.\n22-2114 in a form approved by the City Attorney.
