Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution to Approve the Proposed 2027\nFive-Year Program of Projects for the SANDAG Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP) RECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Opens the Public Hearing and receives testimony;\n2. Closes the Public Hearing; and\n3. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, for the adoption of the Proposed 2027\nFive-Year Program of Projects for the SANDAG Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP).
