5. Resolution Accepting the 2025 California Air Resources Board Community\nCapacity for Clean Transportation Futures Frant Funding. (700) Recommendation :\n1. Approve a resolution accepting the 2025 California Air Resources Board\n(CARB) Community Capacity for Clean Transportation Futures grant\nfunding in the amount of $500,000 to fund sustained community outreach\nand engagement programs across ongoing transportation and mobility projects;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all grant-related\ndocuments and take all necessary actions to implement the terms of the grant;\n3. Approve a budget amendment to the fiscal year (FY) 2025-26 Budget to increase the State Grant fund revenue; and\n4.
