Approval of Resolutions to Award Bid No. 002-27 – Sewer & Storm Drain Pipe Rehabilitation and Approve Plans & Specifications RECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolutions, in order, to:\n1. Approve Plans and Specifications for Sewer & Storm Drain Pipe Rehabilitation, Bid No. 002-27; and\n2. Award the bid to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Vortex Services,\nLLC dba Sancon Technologies (ST), in the amount of $1,685,564, with the\noption to renew for four additional one-year periods with findings as listed in the Resolution.
