H Consideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute\nAmendment No. 1 to AFN 1108 with Pasadena Consulting Group, dba\nElectronic Filing Systems, in a form approved by the City Attorney, to expand\nthe scope of services to include Fiscal and Financial Training required\npursuant to SB 827 and Ethics Training required pursuant to AB 1234.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager to execute\nAmendment No. 1 to AFN 1108, in a form approved by the City Attorney; or\n2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
