PY 2026-27 Annual Action Plan\nRecommendation: The public hearing is expected to be opened and\ncontinued to the June 9, 2026 City Council Meeting at 6:00 p.m. Members of\nthe public who wish to comment on this item are encouraged to provide their\ncomments at that time, where comments will be incorporated into the official record.\nConduct a public hearing on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27 Annual Action Plan,\nconsider any public testimony provided; direct staff to finalize the documents\n(including revisions if necessary); authorize the City Manager to execute\nnecessary funding applications, certifications, and forms; and submit them to\nthe U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
