19. Resolutions, Forms, and Documents required by California Department of Tax\nand Fee Administration (CDTFA) Related to Measure K Transactions and Use Tax Recommendation:\n1. Adopt the Resolution 2026-2013: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nCalabasas Authorizing City Manager to Execute Agreements with the California\nDepartment of Tax and Fee Administration for Implementation of a Local Transactions and Use Tax.\n2. Adopt the Resolution 2026-2014: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nCalabasas Authorizing Examination of Sales or Transactions and Use Tax Records.\n3. Authorize the City Manager and designated City employees to complete and\nsubmit forms to CDTFA on behalf of the City in connection with implementation and administration of Measure K.
