D Consideration and possible action to receive and file Planning Commission\nResolution No. PC 26-03 (Conditional Use Permit Case No. CU 26-01) and\nauthorize the City Manager to send a Public Convenience or Necessity Letter\nto the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control regarding a Type 21\n(Off-Sale General) with Type 86 (Instructional Tasting) alcohol license at a proposed 49,000-square-foot grocery store within the\nGeneral Commercial (“C-G”) zone on real property commonly known as 14317-14339 Clark Avenue.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Receive and file Planning Commission\nResolution No. PC 26-03 and authorize the City Manager to send a Public\nConvenience or Necessity to the California Alcoholic Beverages Control; or\n2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
