The Project is Categorically Exempt from California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) Per Guidelines Section 15301 - Existing Facilities. PRE22-\n00013: Johnny and Betty Liu. Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the Planning Commission and Community Development Director that\nCity Council:\n1) Deny the appeal; and\n2) Adopt a RESOLUTION approving a Precise Plan of Development to allow one-story\nadditions, a remodel, and a new roof to an existing one-story single-family\nresidence, on property located within the Hillside Overlay District in the R-1 Zone at\n22216 Redbeam Avenue.\n1OB. City Manager and Finance - Conduct Public Hearing and Adopt RESOLUTION\nApproving User & Regulatory Fees. Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the City Manager and Finance Director that City Council:\n1) Conduct a public hearing on modified user and regulatory fees; and\n2) Adopt a RESOLUTION authorizing the actions setting user fees indexed to the\nConsumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners & Clerical Workers (CPI-W) May to\nMay for certain City-wide Services.
