Expenditure: $6,000\n(Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Torrance Youth Council and Community Services Director that\nCity Council:\n1) Appropriate funding in the amount of $6,000 from the Youth Council Donation Account; and\n2) Approve up to six (6) 2023 "Beat the Odds" scholarships to be issued in the amount of\n$1,000 each.
