10D. Commission for the Arts Work Plan Outcomes for Fiscal Year 2025-26 and\nProposed Work Plan for Fiscal Year 2026-27. Environmental Considerations:\nThe action being considered by the City Council is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) because it is not a "project" under Section\n15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because it can be seen with certainty\nthat there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant\neffect on the environment.
