8. Calabasas General Municipal Election - November 3, 2026 Recommendation:\nApprove and adopt the following for the Calabasas General Municipal Election to be held on November 3, 2026:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-2007: Calling for the holding of a General\nMunicipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, for the election\nof certain officers as required by the provisions of the laws of the State of California relating to general law cities; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-2008: Requesting the Board of Supervisors of the\nCounty of Los Angeles to render specified services to the City relating to the\nconduct of a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026; and\n3. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-2009: Adopting regulations for candidates for\nelective office pertaining to Candidates’ Statements submitted to the voters at\nan election to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
