Consideration of Resolution No. 2026-40, Adopting a List of Projects to\nReceive FY 2026-27 SB 1 Funding.  Environmental Considerations: The\naction being considered by the City Council is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) because it is not a "project" under Section\n15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because it can be seen with certainty that\nthere is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect\non the environment.
