21. 26-407 Accept Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bid and Authorize\nExecution of a Construction Contract with Performance Pipeline\nTechnologies, Inc., in the Amount of $1,970,231.60, for the FY 2025/26\nSewer Lining Project (CC-1845)\nRecommended Action:\nA) Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by Performance Pipeline\nTechnologies, Inc. in the amount of $1,970,231.60; and,\nB) Authorize the Director of Public Works to approve change orders up to 15%\ncontingency in potential construction change orders; and,\nC) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the construction contract in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
