22. 26-462 Adopt Resolution No. 2026-14 concerning the status and update of\nthe Local Signal Synchronization Plan (LSSP) for the Measure M2\nProgram; adopt Resolution No. 2026-18 concerning the status and\nupdate of the Pavement Management Plan (PMP) for the Measure M2\nProgram; and adopt a 7-year Capital Improvement Program for\nFiscal Years 2026/2027 through 2032/2033 for compliance with\nrenewed Measure M eligibility requirements\nRecommended Action:\nA) Adopt Resolution No. 2026-14, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nHuntington Beach concerning the update of the Local Signal Synchronization Plan for\nMeasure M (M2) Program”; and,\nB) Adopt Resolution No. 2026-18, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nHuntington Beach concerning the status and update of the Pavement Management Plan\nfor the Measure M2 Program; and,\nC) Adopt the 7-year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2026/2027 through\n2032/2033 for compliance with renewed Measure M eligibility requirements.
