Approve a Master Equity Lease Agreement, and Full Maintenance\nAgreement with Enterprise Fleet Management, Inc.; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement and future\nAmendments to the Agreement, subject to the City Attorney making non-\nsubstantive changes.
