20. 26-500 Accept Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bid and Authorize\nExecution of a Construction Contract with Sanz Construction, Inc. in\nthe amount of $155,748 for City Gym and Pool Flooring Replacement\n(CC-1850), and authorize a 4.5% contingency\nRecommended Action:\nA) Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by Sanz Construction, Inc.\nin the amount of $155,748; and,\nB) Authorize the Director of Public Works to approve change orders for potential\nconstruction-related changes up to a 4.5% contingency; and,\nC) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract with Sanz\nConstruction, Inc. in a form approved by the City Attorney.
