E. Consider approving Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement\nwith Black & Veatch Corporation for consultant services related to updating the\nGeneral Plan’s Safety Element. (Garrett/Seeraty)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 of a Professional Services\nAgreement (PSA) with Black & Veatch Corporation, to extend the duration of\nthe agreement by an additional 12 months to May 6, 2027, without increasing\nthe contract sum, to allow additional time to complete services related to\nupdating the General Plan’s Safety Element; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and\nCity Clerk to execute Amendment No. 1 for a time extension only, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
