AWARD CONTRACT FOR CITYWIDE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES\nStaff recommend City Council award a contract to Parkwood Landscape Maintenance, Inc., to provide\ncitywide landscape services from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029 in an amount of $2,103,000 (excluding\nspecial projects which will be billed separately) with an option to extend for 2 additional 1-year terms; and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the contract and any amendments; provided there is funding in the\nbudget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority; on behalf of the City, in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney.
