7. Approval of a Parking Permit Agreement with the Boys and Girls Club of Burbank and Greater\nEast Valley to Provide Two Months of Discounted Staff Parking at the Courthouse City Public\nParking Structure – Community Development Department\nRecommendation:\n1. Find the approval of a Parking Permit Agreement for non-exclusive use of certain\nspaces within the City-owned Courthouse Public Parking Structure exempt from review\nunder the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines §\n15301 because the approval involves operation of an existing facility involving no\nexpansion of existing or former use.\n2. Approve a Parking Permit Agreement with the Boys and Girls Club of Burbank and\nGreater East Valley (B&G Club) to provide a 40% discount on the cost of the City’s\nregular monthly public parking permit fee to allow B&G Club employees to park at the\nCity-owned Courthouse Public Parking Structure for a two-month summer period.\n3.
