7. Agreement with Stearns, Conrad and Schmidt, Consulting Engineers, Inc., for\nenvironmental engineering services\nThe City Council will consider: (CD)\na. Approving an Agreement with Stearns, Conrad and Schmidt, Consulting Engineers, Inc., to\nprovide environmental engineering services in an amount not to exceed $399,093 for a two-year\nand six-month term beginning May 2023 to October 2025;\nb. Appropriating $399,093 from the US EPA 2023 Communitywide Brownfields Assessment\nGrant; and\nc.
