Approving the first amendment to the Project Implementation Agreement between the City\nof Chula Vista, the Bayfront Project Special Task Financing District, the San Diego Unified Port\nDistrict, the Chula Vista Bayfront Facilities Financing Authority, and RIDA Chula Vista, LLC.,\nand\nB. Acting as the legislative body of the Bayfront Project Special Tax Financing District,\napproving the first amendment to the Project Implementation Agreement between the City of\nChula Vista, the Bayfront Project Special Task Financing District, the San Diego Unified Port\nDistrict, the Chula Vista Bayfront Facilities Financing Authority, and RIDA Chula Vista, LLC.
