2.5 ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF CELLULAR SITE LICENSE\nAGREEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH PRESERVATION AREA B-1\nACTION:\n1) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to finalize and execute the\nAssignment and Assumption of License Agreements for the transfer of cellular\nsite license agreements associated with the City's acceptance of Preservation\nArea B-1, and take all actions necessary to further the intent of the\nAssignment and Assumption of License Agreements by the City, including\nexecuting any related or ancillary agreements.\n2) Authorize the appropriation of revenues received from the assigned and\nassumed cellular site license agreements for applicable fiscal years\nthroughout the terms of the license agreements.\n2.5
