5. 26-55304 Recommendation to adopt Resolution No. UT-1559 authorizing the General\nManager to execute a contract and any necessary documents, including any\namendments, with Sonsray Machinery LLC, as the authorized dealer of CASE\nConstruction Equipment, for the purchase and delivery of two CASE Construction\nwheel loaders on the same terms and conditions afforded to Sourcewell (Contract\nNo. 011723-CNH), in a total amount not to exceed $601,436.34, until the\nSourcewell contract expires on April 14, 2027, with the option to renew for as long\nas the Sourcewell contract is in effect, at the discretion of the General Manager.\nSuggested Action: Approve recommendation.
