11.11 Consideration of a Resolution Approving a Fourth Amendment to Contract\nServices Agreement with All City Management for a OneYear Extension and\nCompensation Increase for Crossing Guard Services\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the Acting City Manager to\nexecute the Fourth Amendment with All City Management Services to\napprove a one-year extension and compensation increase; and\n2.
