Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Traffic\nSignal Maintenance Services Agreement with Crosstown Electrical and Data, Inc. for\nCitywide Traffic Signal Maintenance Services; 2. Authorize the City Attorney to make\nminor edits as may be necessary to execute the Agreement; and 3. Authorize the City\nManager to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Traffic Signal Maintenance Services\nAgreement.
