City Manager and Community Services - Provide Direction and Conceptual\nApproval of World War II Internment Camp Memorial, Approve Location, and\nAdopt RESOLUTION Certifying Grant Information Package. Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the City Manager and Community Services Director that City Council:\n1) Provide direction to accept the California State Funding Grant and to proceed with a\nWorld War II Internment Camp Memorial; and\n2) Approve Columbia Park as the location for the Memorial; and\n3) Provide conceptual approval of the proposed Memorial layout plan and design; and\n4) Adopt a Categorical Exemption per CEQA Guidelines Section 15301e(2) and 15323; and\n5) Adopt a RESOLUTION certifying grant information package for the California Natural\nResources Agency.
