11.16 Consideration of Resolution Approving A USDA TEFAP Agreement and a\nMemorandum of Understanding Between the City of Bell Gardens and the Los\nAngeles Regional Food Bank for the City's Family Food Program\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City Council adopt the\nattached Resolution approving a USDA Temporary Emergency Food Assistance\nProgram agreement (“TEFAP Agreement”) and a Memorandum of Understanding\n(“MOU”) between the City of Bell Gardens (“City”) and the Los Angeles Regional\nFood Bank (“Food Bank”) for the City’s Family Food Program, through which the\nFood Bank will provide food supplies.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 – Resolution No. 2026-62\nExhibit 2 - TEFAP Agreement\nExhibit 3 - Memorandum of Understanding
