6.3 Consideration of an Ordinance to Amend Sections 3.04.050 (Requisitions), 3.04.060\n(Purchase Order – Required), 3.04.090 (Informal Purchasing Procedure), and\n3.04.100 (Exceptions) of Chapter 3.04 (Purchasing System) of Title 3 (Revenue and\nFinance) of the Bell Gardens Municipal Code\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City Council waive full\nreading and introduce Ordinance No. 970, by title only, to amend Sections 3.04.050\n(Requisitions), 3.04.060 (Purchase Order – Required), 3.04.090 (Informal\nPurchasing Procedure), and 3.04.100 (Exceptions) of Chapter 3.04 (Purchasing\nSystem) of Title 3 (Revenue and Finance) of the Bell Gardens Municipal Code to\nincrease the administrative purchasing threshold from One Thousand Dollars\n($1,000) to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000).\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 - Ordinance No. 970
